Jake is in his second season working with HDI. In addition to working directly with HDI clients, Jake also works behind the scenes to oversee HDI’s quarterly newsletter and to help create and improve HDI’s processes and product offerings.
Prior to working at HDI, Jake was an analyst at Championship Analytics, a consulting company serving NFL, college, and high school football coaching staffs. He also provided independent coaching strategy advice to Division I basketball coaches. Before entering the world of analytics, Jake was a sports reporter whose work appeared in FiveThirtyEight, The Washington Post, and other publications. Jake graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Economics.
