Andrew is in his first season working with HDI after graduating from the University of Alabama with his bachelor's degree in management information systems in 2020 and his master's degree in business analytics in 2021. While at Alabama, he covered college basketball for numerous media outlets, while also managing several independent college basketball data and visualization projects that have earned national attention.
Before joining HDI, Andrew was a lead data scientist for the University of Alabama's Institute of Data and Analytics, where he was a consultant with the Alabama Medicaid Agency. While working with AMA, he was responsible for many data projects across a wide spectrum of medical data, as well as being responsible for a monthly data process that ensured quality care from providers at a reasonable cost. He brings this experience to HDI, where he is responsible for improving existing offerings and the development of new HDI products as a part of the Product Team.
