Caitlin is in her second season with the HDI team, promoted from Game Analyst to Associate in the 2025-26 season. A 2019 graduate of Baker University and member of the Wildcat Women’s Basketball program, she earned All-American honors and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a double major in Accounting and Business Finance.
Caitlin began her professional career immediately after graduation and, in 2020, served as a high school girls' basketball coach for two seasons. She later returned to school to pursue her MBA. At HDI, Caitlin combines her lifelong love of basketball with her passion for numbers and analytics to contribute meaningfully to HDI.
