Caitlin is in her second season with the HDI team, having been promoted from Game Analyst to Associate prior to the 2025-26 campaign. A 2019 graduate of Baker University and member of their Wildcat Women’s Basketball program, she was a first-team All-conference selection and an Honorable Mention NAIA All-American. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a double major in Accounting and Business Finance.
Caitlin began her professional career immediately after graduation and, in 2020, served as a high school girls' basketball coach for two seasons. She later returned to school to pursue her MBA. At HDI, Caitlin combines her lifelong love of basketball with her passion for numbers and analytics.
