Alissa is in her first season with the HDI team. She earned a Master of Public Policy degree from the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy and a Master of Science in Information degree with a concentration in Data Science, both from the University of Michigan. As an undergraduate at Hampshire College, Alissa was captain of the women's basketball and soccer teams and was a member of the Ultimate Frisbee team, becoming the school's first 3-sport athlete. She is part of the leadership team for Detroit’s first women’s sports bar, Bar IX. A proud Detroit Shock season ticket holder for all 11 of that franchise’s seasons, she was hooked on basketball from a young age. Alissa is thrilled to bring her passion for data and basketball to the HDI team
