Leti is in her third season with HDI, serving as an Analyst and the Assistant Director of Operations. A former collegiate athlete turned basketball professional, she brings experience from the NBA, college basketball and private consulting.
Leti began her college career with back-to-back championships at Mt. San Antonio College before earning her Mathematics degree at San Francisco State University, where she also played. She went on to compete professionally and continues to spend her summers playings in the Women’s Premier Basketball Association. Her previous roles include time with T.E.A.M. Inc, Penn State Women’s Basketball, the Golden State Warriors and Cal Women’s Basketball as Director of Player Development and Analytics.
