Leti is in her third season with HDI, bringing both experience and a lifelong connection to the game. Her deep-rooted love for basketball continues to shape her approach, fueling the dedication and energy she brings to HDI and her clients.
After back-to-back championships at Mt. San Antonio College, she played basketball at San Francisco State University, where she earned her bachelor's in Mathematics. She continued her basketball career playing professionally in the Bay Area, and spends her summers competing in the Women's Premier Basketball Association.
Leti worked with T.E.A.M. Inc to hone her skills in Basketball Analytics, doing freelance work for institutions like Penn State Women's Basketball. She then joined the Golden State Warriors, where, working in the video room, she was the first ever woman on the Warriors’ coaching staff. She then joined Cal Berkeley's Women's Basketball staff, as their Director of Player Development and Analytics.
