Leti has had a basketball in her hands since she could remember; growing up playing in the backyard of her grandparent's house in East LA, her love for the game is deeply rooted in who she is and how she shows up.
After back-to-back championships at Mt. San Antonio College, she played basketball at San Francisco State University, where she earned her bachelor's degree in Mathematics. She continued her basketball career playing Pro-Am in the Bay Area. Leti still spends her summers competing in the WPBA.
When the pandemic hit, Leti worked with T.E.A.M. Inc to hone her skills in Basketball Analytics, doing freelance work for institutions like Penn State Women's Basketball. She then moved on to a full-time role with the Golden State Warriors, where, working in the video room, she was the first ever woman on the Warriors’ coaching staff. Leti then joined Cal Berkeley's Women's Basketball staff, where she served as the Golden Bears’ Director of Player Development and Analytics. Leti brings a breadth of basketball knowledge and experience to HDI. Eager to further HDI’s mission, she couldn't be more energized to be a member of our team.
