Sean is entering his second season with HDI. He has a variety of basketball experience both at the college and professional levels, working most recently with the Milwaukee Bucks as a Basketball Operations Intern. During his two seasons with the Bucks, Sean's focus was in the area of strategy and analytics, working with team executives and coaches to implement data analytics into game planning and roster construction.
Sean also spent a season as the Director of Basketball Operations for Valparaiso University Women's Basketball. Prior to that, he interned with Priority Sports & Entertainment, assisting their basketball division both in player representation and on-court training. Sean earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in Communications and his master's in Sports Administration from Valparaiso University.
